What constitutes the essence of childhood?
The concept of childhood, to me, represents a carefree time in which innocent children can have fun, laugh, learn, play and create memories for their later life as an adult. Through various experiences and situations children also educate themselves of what is to come and how to handle situations in the future.
Whilst the concept of childhood conforms to societies ever changing expectations of how a child should think, speak and act; childhood should always be a time of learning through which a child comes to understand their societies values and beliefs.
